Fabulous tasting Greek tomatoes, grown here on the island. We hand pick our supplies from the Local Farmers Market. These tomatoes are great in salads, but I cook with them as well and they make the best sauces. Combine them with onions, cucumber, olives and green pepper, drizzle with olive oil and oregano for a quick and simple Greek salad.
